What roles are available?
We're hiring across the centre: assistant and lead educators, early childhood teachers, trainees, cooks, cleaners and more.
Which qualifications do I need?
Educator roles require (or a commitment to start) a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care. Traineeships have no prior requirements—study is supported while you work.
How does GRO support ongoing professional development?
You'll have an Individual Development Plan plus access to funded workshops and mentoring.
How flexible are the hours?
We work with families on shift work or irregular rosters, so flexibility is built into how we operate.
